Picture SIMON KILLANE - NEW ROADS AND ROUNDABOUTS FOR MALMESBURY

One reason why I am Simon's MP Campaign Manager is...Simon works hard for local people!

The General Election is only three months away and yet everything seems to be up in the air, with the Parties being reactionary to every bit of big news that comes along, often seemingly without much thought.

Many people - me included - are fed up with the major parties' politics which just don't deliver!

So I decided that I would do something about making things better myself, rather than just complaining or commenting. So when Simon told me of his plans to become a People's MP, one who works for residents and not the whims of a political party, I decided to help him with his campaign.

So now I am Simon's 'Campaign Manager' for the forthcoming election.   Just to say no money is changing hands, I am doing this because I think Simon will make a great MP for us!

After having worked on the successful Neighbourhood Plan which was led by Simon (the first in Wiltshire which will protect our town and neighbouring parishes for years to come), I know that he has local peoples best interests at heart and more than that - he has already got a record of delivery.

Similarly I have been very disappointed by our current MP who gave little support to the Neighbourhood Plan and who at some points actively opposed what the majority of local people wanted!

This is just one achievement though, if you want to know more about Simon, what he stands for or important local news about Malmesbury then please check out his website:
